Maintaining a presence on social media and posting consistently is important for any business that wants to attract new customers and maintain a connection with returning ones. That’s why we’re introducing a big update to social posting in TapHunter for Business.
The first piece of the update is a new Suggested Posts section at the top of the Social Post Composer page. We wanted to help our customers think of more great content to post. Suggested posts provide ideas related to recent menu updates, upcoming events that a business has added to their TapHunter dashboard, relevant upcoming holidays, and ideas based on the day of the week.

Underneath the new Suggested Posts section is the main part of the Social Post Composer, where you write the text of your post, select which social networks to share it on, and upload or select images to include. We streamlined the interface of this section so that you can compose, publish, or schedule with ease!

Both of these new features were released based on a lot of great feedback from our customers, and our goal is to always continue to evolve our tools to provide the best product experience possible.
